These Terms of Service govern your use of the Legal Stamp Notary LLC website and our notary and document assistance services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Legal Stamp Notary LLC provides mobile notary, remote online notarization, hospital and nursing home notary visits, estate-planning document signing, apostille process assistance, certified translation, Cuban consular document assistance, and administrative document support services. All services are administrative in nature.
Legal Stamp Notary LLC is not a law firm and is not licensed to practice law. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Immigration document preparation and administrative document support services are limited to non-legal administrative assistance only. For legal matters, please consult a licensed attorney.
Apostilles are issued by the appropriate government authority. Legal Stamp Notary LLC is not a government agency and does not issue apostilles directly. We assist clients with document preparation and submission coordination only.
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices or standard service prices. A final quote will be provided before the appointment or service is confirmed. The Mobile Notary Service starting price of $80 includes mobile service within the standard service area and one notarial act; each additional notarial act is $10. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, after-hours appointments, urgent requests, parking, tolls, waiting time, additional signers, witnesses, printing, shipping, translation, or document-related requirements. Any additional charge will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
Apostille processing normally takes approximately one week after documents have been received, reviewed, and accepted for processing. Government processing, document problems, holidays, and shipping delays may affect the final completion date. The one-week timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We do not offer same-day, 24-hour, or guaranteed apostille processing, and we do not currently offer federal apostille services.
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend Mobile Notary Service as the primary booking option. Office notarizations are available only in connection with another qualifying service provided by Legal Stamp Notary LLC. We do not offer appointments exclusively for standalone office notarizations.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, valid identification, and complete documents. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before signing and for consulting a licensed attorney when legal advice is needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Stamp Notary LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the outcome of any government, consular, or immigration process.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems. All content on this website is the property of Legal Stamp Notary LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
